As a platform to connect our valuable clients with professional and highly skilled concierge members, there are no charges for using Shake My Keys mobile app itself. While the concierge team will perform research efforts to fulfill our clients’ requests, a minimum of 10 euros will be required per customer request to cover the cost of these researches. You can add to this amount according to your level of satisfaction of handling your request.
Our selection for the concierge is based on two main aspects, the best references and the most experienced. All our concierge members have acquired their experience in the hotel industry, private concierge services or corporate concierge services. Each one of them is currently or has been a concierge with a very high level of customer service skills.
Clients’ requests automatically are sent to the concierge member of the selected location. Once he / she is available, they will accept to assist you. At that moment, Shake My Keys will ensure that your request will be replied to within 24 hrs. This space of time is tolerated taking into consideration the world time zones.
